This is based on Official released press material. It was send out to radio stations and magazines. The images are retouched, all the material is re-typed. The images are placed in random order, and appear larger then they are originally compared to the rest of the papers. Extra, to make a complete book (idea) is an advertisement for the album. Note that the front and the back cover were not really issued with this release, that is just to make it look more “complete”.

A big credit goes to Tim, who kindly let me use his images, and also made photographs of missing parts for me to use.

The complete book is available for download. Next to the “audio-icon” on the lower right side in the little menu bar there is a download-button.
The book is complete, as show here above, but has some minor watermarkings, so it won’t be easy to sell or distribute otherwise.
